Delivery Policy

Because of the specialist nature of our product, we feel to ensure the goods get to you in good condition and on time, we deliver all our goods in our own specialist vehicles by our fully trained staff. We do not charge for local delivery (local being 20m radius of the Greater Manchester area), and don’t necessarily charge for deliveries further afield – speak with us to discuss your requirements.

Depending on the product ordered, delivery can be anywhere between 5 and 10 working days. You will be given a delivery date at the time of order.

We operate a one man delivery service – please ensure there is someone able bodied on site to accept delivery and assist if needed. Although our drivers are very helpful, they are only obliged to deliver to the nearest suitable roadside position.
Payment

We accept payments in person by Cash or Cheque only. If paying over the phone or electronically, we also accept BACS, Credit and Debit Cards.

Payment is to be made in full at the time of order.
Refund policy

All goods are manufactured to order.

Due to the bespoke nature of our product refunds will only be given in the event of damaged or faulty goods. There is a 24hr cooling off period while we process the order in which an order can be cancelled with no charge if it is before we have actually started manufacturing.

Orders cancelled after this time will be charged for the materials and labour used if applicable.
Privacy Policy

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

At Malbern Trade Windows Ltd "We" are dedicated to protecting and respecting your privacy.
